At Ahimsa, we follow a traditional yogurt-cultured churning process passed down for 5,000 years — whole A2 milk is cultured into curd, hand-churned into butter, then slow-simmered into pure golden ghee. Our cows are grass-fed, pasture-raised, and treated with genuine care. No factory farming, no shortcuts, no compromise — just honest ghee made the right way.
