Order Processing Time All orders are processed within 2 to 4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Please note that high volume periods (such as holidays or sales events) may result in minor delays. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping Rates and Estimates Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Domestic Shipping: We offer standard shipping options via [USPS/UPS/FedEx]. Delivery typically takes [3-5] business days depending on your location.

  • Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on orders over $80 (if applicable).

Shipment to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses Ahimsaproducts [DOES / DOES NOT] ship to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Ahimsa Products is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

How do I check the status of my order? When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@ahimsaproducts.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Damages Ahimsa Products is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. However, if you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

  • Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Wrong Address Disclaimer It is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure that the shipping address entered is correct. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping time, so there is always a small window to correct an incorrect shipping address. Please contact us immediately at info@ahimsaproducts.com if you believe you have provided an incorrect shipping address.
